Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tactical tags, patches, and accessories are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
